PCYS is offering Stevens Point Soccer Club apparel through MADA Embroidery and Screen Printing.  Apparel will be offered year-round with orders being processed monthly.  Items offered will change periodically. Keep birthdays and holidays in mind!

Please print a copy of the order form, fill out, include a check made payable to PCYS, and contact Tammy Molski dtmolski1@yahoo.com, Apparel director - phone: 341-9335. Be sure to include your name and phone number, as MADA will call you directly when your order is ready (approximately 1-2 weeks later). Orders must be picked up at MADA, 5533 Clem's Way, Stevens Point. Their hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm .
