PCYS is offering Stevens Point Soccer Club apparel through MADA Embroidery and Screen Printing.  Apparel will be offered year-round with orders being processed monthly.  Items offered will change periodically. Keep birthdays and holidays in mind!

Please print a copy of the order form, fill out, include a check made payable to PCYS, and mail to Mike Burns, 809 Sunset Avenue, Stevens Point, 54481. Be sure to include your name and phone number, as MADA will call you directly when your order is ready (approximately 1-2 weeks later). Orders must be picked up at MADA, 3100 Minnesota Avenue, Stevens Point. Their hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm .
